SHIPPING POLICY 

Dilly Dilly Ltd will endeavour to despatch your order within 2 working days* (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your order. You will be informed by email if for any reason there is a delay longer than 3 working days* to despatch your goods.  All goods will be delivered by Royal Mail, 2nd Class Packet Post.  Estimated delivery time will be within 5 working days from the date of your order.  Dilly Dilly Ltd cannot be held responsible if deliveries take longer than this estimate. 

For large quantities that cannot be posted, please contact us to determine the cost and arrangements of delivering your order to your required location.

If you are unavailable when attempted delivery is made, a card will be left with you to offer you collection from a local collection point. If you or another person refuses delivery of goods, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred in the storage, transportation and re-delivery of your order.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatched, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred in the storage, transportation and re-delivery of your order.

*Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding bank holidays.
