We can't talk about Dilly Spirits without a mention of the pub where it all began. Known for its mega gin library, David spent plenty of time buying, selling and of course drinking gin. So he understood exactly what he wanted when it came to crafting the dilly spirits.
The Bees' Knees
David joined the pub in 2016 and has since turned it into a local favourite. It's no surprise that it's been nominated for the best hospitality award in 2022, with wonderful meals and a variety of gins to go with some great beer.

The Bees' Knees has a wide assortment of gins, you'll never run out of drinks to try with over 100 distinct gins in a variety of flavours. The dilly spirits, of course, are the best!
